Description: Beautiful is the best word for this old Birthday Card. The fringe is nearly perfect as you can see in the two large scans. The colors are original and bright with no problems on either side! Size with out the fringe is 5 3/4" x 3 1/2". With the fringe it's approx 7 1/4" x 5 3/4". It would look better if the fringe were flattened out a bit more, but I don't do anything to old items.
