There is a heavy interlining and this curtain is also backed! The original curtain rings are still intact at the top ~ The jacquard would have been some of the most expensive furnishing fabric of the day, it's a silk and cotton mix ~ A STUNNING textile for any period interior! ~ MEASUREMENTS : Approximately 110 inches long by 43 inches wide ~ CONDITION : This lovely piece is in as found, not freshly laundered condition . This curtain has heavy wear!! This textile has wear in many spots! The side without the trim was exposed to the sun so it's got damage and the silk has worn so you can see the weft threads!~ ( please use the zoom feature to view the exact textile. This piece has signs of time and use, personally, it makes me love it even more!!!
