A copy of the title page is included with the map for authenticity. It is a steel plate engraved map with original vibrant handcoloring. An interesting map showning platts, owners, roads, creeks, towns, churches, schools and other details. Size: The map image measures approximately 13 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches on a 16 by 18 1/2" page with a margin of an inch all around for framing. Condition: It is in Fair to Good condition with original hand coloring and overall tonal ageing, blank on the reverse. It is basically as seen in the pics with some handling smudges around the margin, an obvious stain at the bottom. Other than a couple of very minor brown areas on the map, the map area is very clean and would frame up nicely. Pics are of the actual map, although the actual map looks better and has a more even tone that the pic shows. Payment Details: We accept most major credit cards through Paypal and Ebay.
