Description: This is a genuine wild-caught American Alligator (Alligator Mississippiensis) head that has gone through the taxidermy process and is ready for display. The American alligator is classified as CITES Appendix II. Trade of American alligator skins, parts, skulls, etc., is legal inside the 50 US states or US territories. We are a licensed alligator parts dealer and retailer. Every alligator item we sell comes with an individual or bulk lot license card as proof the item was acquired legally. All reputable sellers should offer the same documentation. The photo is of the alligator head you receive. The head is unique with glow in the dark eyes. It is from a 9 1/2 foot Louisiana gator and is about 17 inches long and about 7 1/2 inches at its widest point. The mouth is open about 6 inches and it weighs 5 1/2 pounds. Our products are not toys and are not intended for children or pets (dogs have been known to eat them). The heads may have sharp teeth, which could cause injury. In purchasing this product you accept all responsibility and acknowledge we are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product. We ship orders once a week on Mondays. We do not inflate shipping costs or charge a handling fee. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item and the buyer's location. These rates are not set by us. They are set by USPS. We also have no control over how long it takes them to deliver the item to you. Once it's in their hands it's out of ours. All Priority Mail packages come with up to $50 insurance. If tracking shows an item as delivered, but you claim it has not been delivered, we cannot replace it for you.
